Ethics and Attention to Details |
I provide top quality signings for your clients and their customers with the highest standards of ethics and attention to detail. Please do NOT ask me to back date or to notarize without proper identification as required by the State of Tennessee. |

As a Notary Public, my first duty is to be impartial witness. Therefore, my fee can not be based on whether the signers complete the signing. My full fee is due upon arrival at the signing location and cannot be discounted or waived if they refuse to sign or if they rescind or if they lack proper Identification, as this would make me an interested participant in the transaction. If I make a mistake, I will fix it at my expense (if humanly possible). |

Absolutely NO half fee. No trip fees. Unless scope of work changes, fees as agreed are due. |

If the assignment is canceled before edocs are printed and at least 2 hours before the appointment, 1 charge no fee |

If the assignment is canceled after edocs are printed, my edoc fees ($60.00 for 1 loan: $85.00 for two loans; etc) applies |

If the signer/ borrowers refuse to sign at the table or if they rescind, my full fee applies. (See above) |

If the signers/ borrowers lack proper Identification and we are unable to find a credible witness my full fees applies |
